Graphic designer in Fond Shidna Evropa

The Eastern Europe Foundation announces a tender for the selection of a contractor to provide design support for the organization's activities on the basis of an annual contract. Estimated scope of involvement — from part-time (30 hours / month) to full-time (168 hours / month).

Forchallenge will include:

Work with visuals for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): images for posts, carousels, infographics, etc.
• Creation of illustrations for information materials: photo collages / photo retouching, simple graphic illustrations, etc.
• Layout of POS materials: flyers, flyers, booklets, etc.
• Designing and layout of electronic presentations.
• Design, layout and pre-press preparation of large printed formats: books, collections, digests, magazines, etc.
• Creation of outdoor advertising design layouts: billboards, city lights, banners.
• Decoration of premises: design mock-ups of banners, presentation racks, brand walls, images for wall projectors.
• Creation of corporate styles for individual public events.
• Branding of souvenir products (hoodies, t-shirts, shoppers, stickers, etc.), as well as car branding.

Requirements for participants:

• Relevant professional education in the field of graphic design, visual communications or related fields (professional higher education or certification from recognized educational institutions / platforms / courses).
• Cumulative work experience in the field of at least three years (more than five years will be an advantage).
• Experience in design for social networks, printing, merch and event branding, as well as in the development of corporate styles / design systems.
• Knowledge of prepress preparation.

For confirmation, the applicant provides copies of diplomas/ certificates (if available), CV and portfolio.

Evaluation criteria:

Contestants' applications will be evaluated according to the combined system:

• Work experience - 30% (quality of completed projects, variety of directions: social networks, printing, merch, event branding, corporate styles / design systems).
• Portfolio — 50% (creativity, technical quality).
• The price offer is 20% (the cost of an hour of work and individual types of services, according to the application form).

Additional wishes to applicants:

• Ability to provide services in the state language (knowledge of English is welcome).
• Promptness, responsibility, developed soft skills.
• Understanding design trends in social networks.
• The presence of successful experience in design support in the public and public sectors will be an advantage.

Required pacategory of documents:

• Portfolio of works in PDF format or as links to Behance and other resources.
• A filled-in list of the cost of typical works and the cost of an hour of work (in the application form), with a mandatory indication of the estimated time of each type of work.
