Tasks awaiting the chief specialist of the budget program monitoring and analysis department:

• participation within the scope of his competence generalization of the practice of the application of legislation, in the preparation of proposals for the improvement of legislative acts, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, normative legal acts of ministries
• organization and implementation of planning, financing, reporting, monitoring and analysis of implementation according to the budget program 1501130
• compilation of consolidated estimates and consolidated allocation plans for institutions, organizations belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Veterans, according to the approved annual and monthly list of allocations
• the evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation of budget programs, the main manager of which is the Ministry of Veterans. Analysis of proposals for the passport of the budget program, limit statements, estimates, allocation plans, plans for the use of funds and other documents used in the process of budget planning and execution, in accordance with current legislation
• cooperation with the body of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, control of the passage of financial documents through the body of the State Treasury Service

Requirements for professional competence:

Knowledge of budget legislation, knowledge and understanding of the budget process, ability to draw up Passports of budget programs, reports on the implementation of passports of budget programs, budget declaration and budget request for the medium-term period and other documents used in the process of planning and implementing the budget, in accordance with the current legislation.

Mandatory requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine
• higher education with an educational degree not lower than a bachelor’s degree in the field of education economics, finance, accounting
• fluent command of the state language
• work experience in state authorities, local self-governance will be an advantage.

Terms of remuneration:

• postal salary - UAH 29,186.
• allowances, additional payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service"

Terms of selection and appointment to the position:

• appointment to the position is temporary for the period before appointment to this position of the winner of the competition, but not more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation by military
