Tasks that await thechief specialistdepartment of budget planning and financial and economic calculations:

• participation within the limits of his competence in the generalization of the practice of applying legislation, in the preparation of proposals for the improvement of legislative acts, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, normative legal acts ministries
• organization of planning, financing and reporting under the budget program 1501120 "Measures to support and assist war veterans, their family members and members of the families of the deceased", 1511810 "Subsidy from the state budget to local budgets for the implementation of a public investment project on the development of veteran spaces"
• preparation and submission for approval to the leadership of the Ministry of Veterans budget allocations of general and special funds and conveys them to the recipients
• verification and submission for approval of estimates of managers of lower-level budget funds
• consideration of proposals and substantiation of structural units of the Ministry of Veterans regarding changes to the list of budget programs, distribution of estimated marginal indicators of expenditures, indicators of achievement of state policy goals in the field of activity of the Ministry of Veterans, participation in the organization of preparation of proposals of the Ministry of Veterans for the budget declaration on medium-term period

Requirements for professional competence:

Knowledge of budget legislation, knowledge and understanding of the budget process, ability to draft Passports of budget programs, reports on the implementation of passports of budget programs, budget declaration and budget request for the medium-term period and other documents used in the process of planning and implementation of the budget, in accordance with current legislation.

Mandatory requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine
• higher education with an educational degree not lower than a bachelor’s degree in the field of education

economics, finance, accounting accounting

• fluency in the state language
• work experience in state authorities, local self-government. will be an advantage.

Terms of payment:

• nbasic salary - UAH 29,186.
• allowances, extra payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service"

Conditions for selection and appointment to the position:

• appointment to the position is temporary for the period before the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law or until exit from parental leave of the main employee.
