We are looking for a candidate for the position of chief specialist of the department of budget implementation and budgetary and financial reporting of the financial and economic department of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Cherkasy region, the workplace is located in the city of Cherkasy, 23 Smilyanska Street.

Requirements:

• citizen of Ukraine;
• higher accounting/economic education;
• free ownership in the Ukrainian language;
• ability to use modern computer technologies (Viber, WatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Skype, Zoom, GoogleMeet), perfect knowledge of Excel;
• communicability and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Process in the "Financial reporting" subsystem of financed information on state social benefits for each type of payment separately in terms of banking institutions and the post office, analyze them and compare them with the information provided by the Pension Fund of Ukraine, summarize the above-mentioned data for reliable reflection in reporting.
• Accept, process and summarize consolidated reports on the payment of state social benefits in the context of individual budget programs.
• Compile Acts of reconciliation of settlements with the Cherkasy directorate of JSC "Ukrposhta" on the basis of the verified data accepted consolidated reports, ensure their signing and submission within the established time limits to the Pension Fund of Ukraine for calculations in accordance with the contract.
• Form the combined reporting of the Personal Income Tax and Taxation Fund in the M.E.DOC system on the basis of the data of the administration on issues of payments and submit it within the established time limits to the Main Department of the DPS in Cherkasy Region, in accordance with the tax calculation, prepare letters to the Pension Fund of Ukraine regarding the amounts of the single social contribution, which is payable.
• Create a register of payment orders for refunds of state social benefits in the "Financial Reporting" subsystem, coordinate and enter relevant data into the "Financial Reporting" subsystem for further processing.
• Summarize and analyze information on the actual expenditures of state social benefits and prepare informational materials for the management of the Main Department, publication in mass media, on boards, selectors, etc.
• Cooperate with JSC "Oschadbank", the Main Department of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region, other institutions, organizations and structural units of the Main Department on matters of receipt, financing and return of funds. If necessary, prepare answers to requests and appeals from citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, officials, people's deputies on issues of application of legislation that belong to the competence of the department.
