CONDITIONS

for taking up a vacant civil service position

category "B" - chief specialist of the department for work with orphans

and children deprived of parental care, service for children

and families of the Solomyanska district state administration in the city of Kyiv

General conditions

Position responsibilities:

1. Keeping records of orphans and children deprived of parental care, who are brought up in foster families, family-type children's homes, health care institutions, general secondary education (including special and specialized), other institutions or institutions (regardless of the form of ownership and subordination), in which orphans and children deprived of parental care live, small group houses; formation of children's personal files and constant updating of documents in them.
2. Keeping records of persons who wish to be registered as potential adoptive parents and foster parents, checking the authenticity of submitted documents.
3. Ensuring the entry and timely updating of information about children and potential adoptive parents and foster parents in the Unified Information and Analytical System "Children".
4. Preparation of draft conclusions about the expediency of creating a foster family, a family-type orphanage and placing a child for upbringing and living together; draft orders of the State Administration of the Solomyanska District in the city of Kyiv on issues, in accordance with official duties; lawsuits to deprive the parents of registered children of parental rights, lawsuits to collect alimony from the parents of registered children.
5. Control over the fulfillment of their duties by adoptive parents and foster parents, living conditions of orphans and children deprived of parental care in foster families, family-type children's homes, institutions.
6. Preparation of documents for obtaining at the civil status registration department repeated birth certificates, death certificates of children’s parents, extracts from the child’s birth certificate.
7. Preparation of statistical and analytical reports, in accordance with the main job duties.
8. Participation in court hearings.
9. Conducting reception of citizens on issues that are part of the official duties responsibilities.

Wage conditions

Salary — UAH 17,043. allowances, additional payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" and the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget for 2025";

salary allowance for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 1409 "Issues of remuneration of civil servants based on the classification of positions in 2024".

Information on temporary or indefinite appointment to the position

Temporary, until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position or until the expiry of the 12-month period after the termination or cancellation of martial law.
