Chief specialist of the Cyber ​​Security Sector in Derzhenergoefektivnosti Ukrayini

State Energy Efficiency invites a responsible specialist to the team for the position of chief specialist of the Cyber Security Sector.

Main job duties:

• participation in ensuring cyber protection of information, electronic communication and information-communication systems in which state information resources and official information are processed, and as well as the information that constitutes a state secret in the State Energy Efficiency;
• monitoring of security events and detection of potential cyber incidents;
• participation in responding to cyber security incidents and their documentation;
• implementation of information protection measures in accordance with regulatory documents on technical and cryptographic protection;
• fulfillment of tasks regarding the declaration of compliance of complex information protection systems in information, electronic communication and information and communication systems of the State Energy Efficiency Agency, created using information security profiles;
• cooperation with the structural units of the State Energy Efficiency Agency on issues of information protection and user support regarding the safe use of information technologies, etc.

Requirements for candidates:

· higher education in the field of cyber security, information technology, telecommunications or related specialties;

· experience in the field of information/cyber security for at least 1 year will be a priority;

· knowledge of legislation in the field of information protection and cyber security;

· understanding of the principles of building IT infrastructure, network technologies, means of information protection;

· skills in working with tools for monitoring and analyzing cyber threats;

· responsibility, analytical abilities, the ability to work in a team.

Terms of appointment:

• the appointment is temporary - until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but not later than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law;
• for conscripts: must have a military registration document with confirmation of updating military registration data.

Remuneration conditions:

• postal salary 21,000 - 24,000;
• long service allowance, bonus and compensation, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".
