  • What needs to be done:
    • Conduct customer research for individuals and legal entities (after appeals, service in branches, contact center, digital channels and banking processes)
    • Analyze the results of research and key metrics of customer experience (NPS, CSAT, CSI, CES)
    • Identify the causes of customer dissatisfaction and their “pains”
    • Form analytical reports, presentations and dashboards with clear conclusions
