Job responsibilities
conducting inspections and documenting the results of the conditions, safety, occupational health and preventive work at enterprises and individuals who, in accordance with the law, use hired work;
taking part in the investigation of accidents at work and occupational diseases, training, increasing the level of knowledge of employees who decide on occupational health and safety issues, as well as in the relevant commissions to check the knowledge of occupational health and safety of officials and other employees of enterprises (institutions, institutions);
maintaining a register of victims of accidents at work and ensuring the accounting of insurance cases, as well as their analysis; measures to eliminate the causes of industrial accidents and occupational diseases proposed by investigative commissions;
participating in the development of:
- labor protection acts operating within the enterprise, and complex measures to achieve the established safety standards, occupational hygiene and the industrial environment, improving the state of occupational safety conditions, preventing cases of industrial injuries, occupational diseases;
- complex measures to achieve the established safety standards, occupational hygiene and the industrial environment, improvement of occupational safety conditions, prevention of cases of occupational injuries and occupational diseases;
participation in the development of methodical materials belonging to the competence of the department, holding seminars, other training events with employees of the Main Department;
preparation of draft orders, letters and other official documents;
participation in the consideration of appeals, statements and complaints citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, preparation of draft responses to them. (taking into account the requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 25, 2023 No. 391 "Some issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies and local self-government bodies during martial law");
salary allowance for the rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 "Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies" (with changes);
surcharge for years of service in accordance with para. 2 and 4 of Clause 12 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 09.11.2023 No. 4059-IX "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025", Law of Ukraine dated 10.12.2015 No. 889-VIII "On Civil Service", Procedure for calculating seniority of civil service, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 25.03.2016 No. 229;
award in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

on a temporary basis, until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, or until the expiration of 12 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law

Qualification requirements
1. Education
higher special education in the specialty of occupational health and safety specialist or higher education in the specialty "Ergotherapy", or higher technical or medical education not lower than a junior bachelor or bachelor's degree
2. Work experience
work experience at the enterprise for at least three years and a corresponding certificate issued by the central executive body that implements state policy in the field of labor protection
3. Proficiency in the state language
fluency in the state language
4. Proficiency in a foreign language
