Functional duties:

• Maintenance of the DMS contract; 
• Data collection and aggregation for premium calculations, formation of premium calculation models; 
• Analyzing data and generating reports (including HR metrics);
• Participation in agreement and data collection regarding the formation and implementation of KPE;
• Providing advice to bank employees regarding the DMS program and bonus conditions;
• Introduction of changes in regulatory documents directly;
• Preparation of draft administrative documents.

Our expectations:

• Higher education (economics, finance or law)
• Work experience of at least 2 years, at least 1 of the last year in financial divisions or divisions related to labor remuneration;
• Proficiency in the MS Office package: excel, word, powerpoint - at the level of an experienced user; 
• Experience of working with large data sets;
• Experience of working with Power qwery and Power BI will be a big plus.
