Main tasks:

• conducting an analysis of the training needs of employees and consulting on educational projects;
• monitoring the educational services market and selecting educational activities;
• maintaining contact with training companies, business schools and professional communities; 
• development and approval of personnel training plans in accordance with production needs;
• control of training costs and ensuring their compliance with the approved budget;
• conducting analysis of training results and providing reports to management on a regular basis or as needed.

Main requirements:

• complete higher economic or psychological education (master's degree, specialist);
• work experience in personnel management for at least 2 years; 
• knowledge of the basics of labor legislation;
• withknowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine "On the professional development of employees";
• work skills with basic PC programs, SAP, ERP, One Drive, Office 365.
