Content manager in Kiyivskiy aviaciyniy institut, Derzhavniy universitet

We are looking for our team: Content manager 

Functional duties:

• Posting ready-made content (online courses, marketing materials, promotional videos) on the platform.
• Course structure adjustment: modules, lessons, tests, additional materials.
• Checking the quality of uploaded materials (video, sound, adaptability for different devices).
• Technical support for authors and the content team.
• Cooperation with the methodologist and marketing team for launching courses and promotional campaigns.

Main requirements:

• Experience with LMS-systems or other content hosting platforms.
• Basic understanding of working with media files (video, audio, graphics).
• Attention to details, systematic work.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, knowledge of administration tools content.
• Basic technical setup skills (file formats, integrations).

Would be an advantage:

• EdTech or digital marketing experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• WordPress or similar system administration experience.
• OpenEdx or similar administration experience systems.

Working conditions:
1. Involvement in a project of state importance;
2. Work in Kyiv, in the office;
3. Full-time employment;
4. Official employment, provision of guarantees in accordance with legislation;
5. Working day Mon-Thurs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Friday to 4:00 p.m.);
