Functional tasks:
Working with veterans and military personnel, NBU employees and family members of Defenders
- Keeping records of all NBU employees who are veterans, mobilized, serving, discharged from it or in reserve;
- Case management: regular support of each NBU veteran at all stages of interaction with the organization (needs, documents, adaptation, issues of social support, return to work), interaction and support of the families of Defenders;
- Identification of urgent needs of veterans, coordination of their solutions with other units;
Documentation and regulatory work
- Preparation and support of internal administrative documents, regulations, procedures, methodological materials on social inclusion issues and work with veterans.
- Preparation of official letters, references, informational materials and documents for interaction with state bodies, communities and partners.
- Formation of internal reporting within the scope of inclusion and work with veterans.
Operational and project activities
- Independent management of operational work in the areas of social inclusion and veteran initiatives, including daily requests, coordination of processes and support of cases;
- Participation in the development and implementation of inclusive policies of the NBU, veteran support programs, adaptation plans and measures for returning to work;
- Management of small internal projects (stages, deadlines, responsible, assessment of results);
- Preparation of technical tasks for colleagues responsible for internal communications (information campaigns, educational materials, guidelines);
- Organization of internal meetings, educational events, workshops and initiatives aimed at the development of an inclusive corporate culture of the NBU (in cooperation with other divisions).
Interaction with external stakeholders
- Communication with public veteran organizations, communities, state structures and partners regarding the development of support programs veterans;
- Preparation of materials for NBU participation in external events, initiatives, thematic working groups.

- Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of social protection of veterans (will be an advantage);
- Knowledge of the English language — from intermediate (B1/B2) and above.
