Chief specialist in military accounting* in Nacionalniy bank Ukrayini

Functional tasks:

• Keeping records of all conscripts, conscripts and reservists working in the central office of the National Bank;
• Formation of reports on military
• Submission to the relevant territorial centers of recruitment and social support of the necessary documents in accordance with the legislation and legal acts on issues of organization and maintenance of military records; conscripts, conscripts and reservists;
• Checking the military registration documents of candidates during recruitment;
• Development of internal administrative acts and methodological documents of the National Bank on issues of organization and military accounting;
• Conducting explanatory work on compliance of conscripts, conscripts and reservists with the rules of military service accounting;
• Implementation of the procedure of notifying conscripts, conscripts and reservists about their call to the relevant territorial centers of recruitment and social support;/

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in working with issues military accounting.;
• Higher education in the fields of knowledge "Military sciences, national security, state border security", "Civil security" or in the fields of knowledge "Management and administration", "Law" or "Social and behavioral sciences";
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine on issues of military accounting;
• Practical experience of working with modern information systems - AC SAP HCM / ASKOD.
