Functional tasks: Ensuring the signing and registration of contracts, additional contracts within the terms specified by the legislation on public procurement; contracts;Drafting of primary documents;Control of receivables and payables;Work in SAP (managing contractual matters, establishing a creditor, creating a contract, information, orders, generating reports, monitoring delivery/payment terms; accounting for bank guarantees/cash collateral);Working with the Vchasno web platform;Correspondence with counterparties; organization of meetings and negotiations with counterparties;Preparation of answers/information to the requests of regulatory and law enforcement agencies;Preparation of analytical information. Our expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge in the field of budgeting, estimation, cost planning; knowledge of accounting rules; accounts receivable; contractual work administration methodology;
- Working with data automation systems (SAP, etc.);
- Experience in a bank will be an advantage;
- High level of time management, responsibility in work, attention to details, work with a large amount of information, prompt performance of tasks, communication skills.
