Supplax is an American service company with a Ukrainian heart, operating on the market since 2019.

We are a virtual back office for companies engaged in home renovations in the USA. Our customers are independent craftsmen and small teams of craftsmen.

We perform repair work on the territory of the USA. With us, craftsmen can only work with their hands - what they do best. Marketing, sales, schedule management, training—we take care of it. We work in 27+ US cities, have 30,000+ completed projects, 500+ orders/month and 100+ people in a completely remote team.

Where are we now?

According to Adizes, we are moving from "Youth" to "Prosperity". In other words: ready to scale, but with a cool head and clear unit economics. In the coming year, we plan to strengthen the current advertising channels and launch new ones, as well as develop new areas of robots in related fields.

Our model is reliable because it has been tested by time. There is a market for growth. There are hypotheses for growth. There is a solid foundation for growth. Therefore, we are looking for a strong and ambitious COO to effectively manage the team.

Why do we need a COO?

We need someone who will:

  • Keep end-to-end operations (marketing > sales > execution > quality)
  • Set the operational rhythm and transparent P&L
  • Help to make 2x (preferably 3x) per year - no "growth at any cost"
  • Launch and manage 3 new lines of which 2 should achieve profits of $10,000 - 20,000 / month in the first 12 months

Reporting to: Founder

Line management of functions: marketing, B2C/B2B sales, execution, quality control, operational analytics

What interesting tasks will the COO handle?

  • Build and maintain an effective organizational structure, roles and areas of responsibility.
  • Decompose annual targets for quarterly and monthly team goals, ensure management rhythm (weekly/monthly/quarterly monitoring and reporting).
  • Manage portfolio of initiatives: selection, prioritization, resources, risk and value control.
  • Launch and scale engagement channels, ensure lead quality and sales handover.
  • Manage B2C/B2B sales funnel, accuracy forecast and quality of communication with the clientensure fulfillment of orders on time and budget, reduce rework, increase customer satisfaction.
  • Keep margin and cash flows within goals, make decisions on prices, discounts, investments.

Who are we looking for? Someone who:

  • Has expertise in management, marketing, sales
  • Has experience scaling operations and revenue 2?3x per year in teams of 100+
  • Is a practitioner in building effective key processes from application to order closure
  • Has analytical skills: order margin, customer acquisition cost, payback period, plan-fact
  • Skillfully manages a portfolio of initiatives: selection, priorities, resources, risks, proof of value
  • Great if has experience working with contractors and master networks: selection, onboarding, quality standards and service levels
  • Speaks English at least at Upper-Intermediate level

How will it go selection?
