We are currently inviting a manager to the team for the position of "Operational director"

Our expectations:

higher education (technical, economic, financial);
work experience of 5 years in the direction of control of operational processes of a financial institution;
English language at the B2 level and above;
ability to work in a fast-changing and highly competitive environment and adhere to tight deadlines;
analytical mindset and the ability to make informed decisions in uncertain conditions;
systematicity, creativity, responsibility, effectiveness.
