Hello! We are AVS, an international EdTech platform with online courses for accountants. More than 300,000 customers in Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan and Brazil. We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer - a person who will build a marketing department from scratch and lead the next stage of the company's growth.
The key task is to lead the marketing function, assemble a team and increase monthly revenue to $1 million. Scaling performance channels, launching SEO, building a marketing department - and full trust of the founder in decision-making await you.
We offer:
- Salary $8,000 per month (fixed + CRI when results are achieved)
- Remote work with a flexible schedule. You can work from home (in any country), from our office in Kyiv, or we will pay you for coworking.

Your tasks:
- Analyze the current marketing model in three countries (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland) and form a marketing strategy that will allow growth to $1 million in monthly revenue.
- Manage an internal team of marketing project managers. Cooperate with outsourced traffic agencies and over time build a specialized in-house team.
- Manage marketing funnels. We are currently working with webinar and live funnels. Scale performance budget from $25k to $100k+ while maintaining current ROMI 300-400%.
- Launch SEO as a key channel for a new subscription media platform.
- Build a marketing analytics system: set up transparent metrics, dashboards, integrations between CRM and webinar platforms.
- Implement a process for regular testing of new traffic channels and new funnels.
- Start systematic work on brand recognition.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on performance and lead generation. Ideally, with educational projects.
- Experience with Performance Ads from $50k/month.
- Able to segment user bases, calculate cohorts and make forecasts. You work with Google Analytics 4, Hotjar (or similar) and Google Sheets.
- Experience with end-to-end analytics: designing dashboards, understanding what attribution is, writing technical documentation for developers.
- Strong hypothesis generation skills and understanding of A/B testing methodology, including test representativeness and experiment design logic.
- Ability to hire, train, brief and coordinate a team, work with multiple contractors in parallel.
- Understanding B2C EdTech funnel: webinars, lead magnets, quizzes, direct funnel.

- Experience in working with retention-driven products (high LTV).
- Working with advertising budgets from $100,000.
- Experience building a marketing department from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Great (!) experience with a webinar funnel.
