• processing of requests from customers and partners (dealers) within the defined service standards.
• performing billing operations and support requests related to accruals and calculations
• interaction with internal divisions of the company to promptly solve the issues of clients and partners

• maintaining financial and operational document flow with clients and partners
• ensuring timely archiving of documents.
