We are looking for an experienced and proactive Chief Infrastructure Engineer who will become a driver of technical development of our enterprise.       Infrastructure operation

• Maintenance of the technical condition of buildings and systems
• Planning of preventive and capital repairs
• Maintenance of technical documentation
• Response to emergencies situation

       Modernization and development

• Participation in reconstruction and optimization of infrastructure
• Implementation of energy-efficient solutions
• Reduction of operating costs

      Financial and organizational part

• Budgeting and cost control
• Preparation of reports and documentation
• Participation in tenders, work with permitting authorities

What we expect from you:

• Higher technical education (construction, industrial engineering or related specialties)
• Experience as a chief engineer, head of the technical department or head of a construction and repair department from 3 years
• Knowledge of construction norms (DBN), rules for the operation of engineering systems, labor protection, fire and environmental safety requirements
• Practical experience in organizing construction/repair works and managing both subcontractors and own crews
• Ability to work with estimates, reports of completed works, technical tasks
• Skills for planning, budgeting and cost control
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/REVIT or similar engineering programs will be advantage
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with people of different profiles (builders, designers, service personnel)
• Result orientation, responsibility for deadlines and quality of work.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and make quick decisions
• Ability to analyze work processes and implement effective solutions
• High level of communication and management skills negotiations
