We are looking for an IT director who combines technological thinking with business orientation.

You have a vision of how to make IT not just a support, but a driver of marketing efficiency, customer service and analytics.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Conduct an audit of the current IT landscape (ERP, analytics, infrastructure, services).
• Develop a roadmap for the company's digital transformation.
• Develop a data governance system and implement automation through Google services and API integrations.
• Implement modern MarTech tools, BI solutions, AI services for analytics and personalization of marketing.
• Ensure stability, security and scalability of the IT infrastructure.
• Organize the process of procurement, implementation and support of IT solutions, effective interaction with partners and contractors.
• Be a technological advisor department heads, helping to implement solutions that bring real business value.

We expect from you:

• Higher education in the field of IT, analytics or business administration (will be an advantage).
• Work experience from 3 years in the position of CIO / Head of IT / IT Director.
• Practical experience in the implementation or development of CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Understanding how CRM, marketing platforms, BI analytics and financial services work in a single data environment.
• Knowledge of the Google ecosystem for the office - Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet, Calendar), Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, Apps Script.
• Experience in planning, budgeting and managing a portfolio of IT projects.
• Ability to manage an IT team, organize a Service Desk with clear SLAs.
• Understanding the principles of information security, software licensing and management suppliers.
