Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- maintaining personnel records, registration of labor relations (appointment, transfer, dismissal), preparation of orders, management of personal files and work books, organization and control of vacations, as well as provision of military records and mobilization work.

1. Issuance of acceptance orders, transfers, dismissals, vacations and business trips.
2. Maintenance and storage of personal files, work books and personal cards of employees.
3. Issuance of certificates from the workplace.
4. Familiarization of employees with the Rules of Internal Labor Procedures and job instructions.
5. Drafting of vacation schedules and preparation of draft orders on granting vacations. checking the time sheet.
6. Development of job instructions and their review.
