Main job duties:
Management of personnel records (personal files, orders, time sheets, accounting of working hours).
Regulation of acceptance, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current legislation.
Preparation of reports on personnel matters, maintaining the archive of documents.
Performance of legal support of management activities, including:
Preparation, verification and visa of contracts, orders, administrative documents;
Providing legal advice to management employees;
Controlling the compliance of management activities with the norms of the current legislation; 400">Maintenance of personnel records, military records and preparation of reports in this area;
Provision of methodological assistance to employees of the Office on issues related to the Office's powers;
Preparation of draft letters, answers, orders and others documents;
Assistance to the head of the sector in the legal support of the Department's activities: participation in the preparation of draft administrative documents, legal assessment of issues that are within the Department's competence;
