Functional tasks:

• Development of electronic courses, test tasks for testing knowledge and surveys.
• Participation in the organization and support of internal staff training using methods and technologies of remote training.
• Control of the relevance of electronic courses, tests and surveys within the limits of management competence.
• Organization and conducting of internal surveys in the distance learning system.
• Administration, technical support and development of the distance learning system.
• Formation of reports on the results of electronic courses, tests, surveys and auditory training events organized through distance learning system.
• Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the training system;
• Participation in other HR projects.

• Experience in developing training courses and other training materials.
• Experience in implementing innovative digital tools for distance learning.
• Experience in working with e-learning content creation tools.
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with educational statistics and generate reports.
• Attention to details, organization, ability to work independently and interact with a team.
• Effective communication skills and work with internal customers.
