Functional tasks:
- Organizes and accompanies the completion of internships and practices in the structural divisions of the Bank of students of higher education institutions;
- Builds a system of long-term partnerships with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), proactively expands the network and geography of partner institutions;
- Organizes interaction and partnership with Institutions of Higher Education (HEI), leading to the construction of a dual education system;
- Participates in the implementation of initiatives aimed at developing the employer brand;
- Participates in job fairs, HEI Career Days, public and public career orientation events, which are promising in terms of the possibility of selecting and attracting employees of the necessary qualifications;
- Participates in projects to improve the efficiency of the Bank’s work in terms of organizing student internships and internships, recruiting necessary specialists;
- Prepares information, publishes it, and administers information about student internships and internships at the Bank;
- Maintains up-to-date reporting on results and plans for student internships and internships;
- Participates in the development, implementation, and control of process measurement plan indicators adaptation of new employees of the Bank, preparation of data for analysis of indicators and preparation of a report on the effectiveness of the adaptation process.

Our expectations from the candidate:
- Work experience in the field of recruitment, staff training, internal communications, HR marketing at least 2 years;
- Higher education in the field of knowledge "Management and Administration", "Social and Behavioral Sciences", Marketing, specialized education in the field of psychology, sociology or management;
- English language level not lower than B1 (preferred);
- Knowledge of marketing and branding: understanding of the principles of brand formation, knowledge of digital marketing tools;
- Ability to effectively organize and control all stages of work on the project;
- Budget management: the ability to plan and control costs for the implementation of brand projects;
- Data analysis: the ability to collect and analyze data about the labor market, employers and the target audience fori making informed decisions;
- Knowledge of public relations tools to form a positive image of the organization;
- Developed communication skills, the ability to conduct effective interviews and establish contact with candidates;
- Creativity, initiative, the ability to create quality and interesting content;
- Responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
