Hello! We are 31 Group, a group of social projects that is part of FRACTAL (ex-Netpeak Group) corporate social responsibility. We unite people who want change and create projects that really matter :)

Now we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer who is ready to build the most influential platform of interaction between business, international donors and active citizens in Ukraine, which implements systemic projects for the development of Ukrainian cities and communities, gaining a national reputation as a leader of social transformations and becoming visible a player at the international level.

31 Group is a self-supporting group of projects with its own economic model that systematically attracts external funding through grants, donor programs and business partnerships.

Our projects:crowdfunding platform "GladPet", an independent and unbiased media"Sea People".

A little about us in numbers:

  1. 25.5 million UAH of funds raised through crowdfunding.
  2. 193 implemented public projects.
  3. 11,012 adoptions through the platform.

We consider specialists not only fromNGO-sector. If you have managed business units, scaled products, built strategic relationships to obtain funding from donors or businesses - you may be interested in applying this experience in a social environment.

What we are looking for in you:

  1. From 3 years in a leadership position (eg: SEO, COO) in the social or business sphere.
  2. Experience in attracting investment and training and implementation of grant projects.
  3. English at B2+ level.
  4. Experience of managing 20+ employees.
  5. Experience of working with budgets, P&L, fundraising or business models of social projects.
  6. Work according to the principle of OKR or Management by objectives (we are more than MVO).

What will be the focus of your roles:

  1. Strategic management of the entire 31 Group (My City, GladPet, Sea of People): goal setting, development and implementation of the development plan.
  2. Project scaling: geographieseffective, functional, through partnerships or launching new areas.
  3. Building and controlling budgets, P&L, achieving financial indicators of projects.
  4. Development of fundraising systems: donors, grants, sponsors, B2B partnerships.
  5. Risk management, prevention of problems in processes.

  1. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 and end from 17:00 to 19:00.
  2. The possibility to work remotely or in the office in Kyiv. The office is autonomous in case of power outages and has a shelter.
