Chief Executive Officer (FinTech IT company) in Futurepeople

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer for our client (FinTech IT company). 

About the Company: A fast-growing IT company providing FinTech products and services worldwide. The company provides international businesses with payments convenient for traditional currency and digital assets and uses integrated smart contracts and APIs on a single platform that makes it easier for companies to pay, track and protect their transactions and has offices in Riga (Latvia), Helsinki (Finland). 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead the team and contribute to the growth and success of the company. 

The CEO will be responsible for establishing business processes, increasing profits, the number of clients, strategic planning, and achieving company goals. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of leading and scaling high-growth companies, in-depth knowledge of the fintech industry, and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. The CEO also plays an important role in establishing and maintaining relationships with investors, stakeholders and partners for the company's success and market presence. 9 managers (26 employees in total) report directly to the CEO.

It is important for us:

·       10+ years of work with proven experience in business scaling in the field e-commerce, financial technologies or banking; with at least 5 years in management positions

·       Deep understanding of e-commerce, financial technology including payment processing systems, digital banking, BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service) or blockchain

·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field MBA or other master's level degree preferred

·       Successful case studies of developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth, efficiency and competitive advantage

·       Exceptional leadership and communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders

·       Experience in international business, project management and management of teams located in different geographical regions

·      Must have: high level of command of English and Russian/Ukrainian languages and having an EU Resident Card

Tasks:

·       Development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational strategies, processes and systems that support the rapid growth of the company and its long-term success

·       Negotiate (in English) and manage key partnerships to enhance value proposition and concthe ultimate advantage of the company

·       Control over the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Manage investor relations and fundraising to secure the necessary capital for growth

·       Manage the development and improvement of innovative fintech products and services, ensuring they meet market and regulatory requirements

· Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (OKR/KPI)
