Main responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework, personnel administration in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and established corporate personnel procedures, policies (admission, transfer, dismissal of employees );
- Accounting and provision of vacations (control of maternity leave, maintaining a vacation schedule, knowledge of the "About vacations" manual);
- Maintaining personnel records and the company's staffing schedule;
- Development of regulatory documents: job instructions, regulations, etc.;
- Accounting of sick leave;
- Tabling;
- Administration of the payroll process, cooperation with the accounting department regarding salaries;
- Working with the 1C database and the internal HR system;
- Preparation of internal reporting and reports to state bodies in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
- Filling, scanning and transfer of work books to the Pension Fund;
- Tracking changes in labor legislation, preparation of necessary updates to HR procedures and documents;
- Consulting employees on personnel issues;
- Maintenance of military records.
Our expectations from candidates:
- Higher education;
- 2 years of experience in personnel administration;
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian legislation(Code of labor laws);
- Intermediate English language;
- Ability to work with confidential information .
