Responsibilities:

• organization of activities of the project team, management and coordination of the development of project documentation at the stages of PP, EP, P, R;
• development of the engineering concept, drawing up and agreeing with the customer on the card of the main technical solutions, design tasks, drawing up analytical notes on various options of the technical solutions that are adopted, working with the Customer's service on technical issues;
• control of the compliance of the issued design documentation with the current state building regulations, maps basic technical solutions, design tasks, technical tasks, issuing design documentation in accordance with the approved schedule;
• coordinating design documentation in controlling bodies, passing expertise; conducting author supervision.

Requirements:

• higher professional education (preferred specialty - OV, VC, ETR);
• availability of a qualification certificate CC3 (MANDATORY);
• excellent knowledge of current regulatory documents, modern engineering equipment and technologies.
