Manager of support and monitoring of wind power plant construction projects with relocation to Vinnytsia in KNESS

Experience and skills of the ideal candidate for this role:

• Higher technical education (construction, energy, project management).
• Experience specifically in construction VES.
• General experience of 3-5 years of project management in the construction of energy facilities, wind power plants
• Practice of working with general contracting, subcontracting, technical supervision, EPC contracts.
• Able to navigate standards and regulations, quickly find the necessary information.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level. Anticipated communication with foreign partners, technical documentation.
• Readiness for business trips and work at construction sites in Ukraine
• Availability of category B driver's license.
• Has strong leadership qualities, communication skills, ability to make decisions, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High level of responsibility, proactivity, orientation on the result.

In your area of responsibility in this position:

• Planning, management and implementation of wind farm construction projects in accordance with requirements clients
• Scheduling and control of deadlines
• Budget management, cost control and financial discipline.
• Risk, change and quality management at all stages.
• Coordination of team work and between all project participants (customer, EPC contractor, suppliers, government structures) to ensure achievement of set goals.
• Reporting to management of project progress and results, protection of project results.
• Interaction with various stakeholders to ensure the success of projects.
• Ensuring the quality of project executioncts and timeliness of implementation.
