- Determining the strategic direction of the development of data management principles and approaches separately for each element of UD
- Supporting and developing the use of modern technologies (Big Data, AI/ML, Data Platforms), infrastructure, processes and policies and standards at the level Ensuring the integration of the Bank's data management strategy with the Bank's business strategy Control and escalation: Strata control. levels in terms of the effectiveness of the data management system at the Bank level
- Ensuring compliance of data management with regulatory requirements and standards
- Coordinating interaction with regulators, international committees and councils in the field of data management
Developmentdataa-culture and competencies
- Promotion of the culture of working with data in the Bank
- Development of employee competencies in the field of data management and analytics.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in management positions in the field of data management / analytics / IT (from 7-10 years).
- Deep knowledge in the field of Data Governance, Data Integration, Data Architecture and Models, Data Quality, Database Management, etc.
- Practical experience of implementing data strategy and change management in the organization.
- Ability to build a data management strategy and implement large-scale transformational projects.
- Leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytical abilities, ability to manage teams, effective communication.
- English language — upper-intermediate and above.
