Key functions

Strategy and decision-making:

• Determining the strategic direction of the development of data management principles and approaches separately for each element of UD
• Supporting and developing the use of modern technologies (Big Data, AI/ML, Data Platforms), infrastructure, processes and policies and standards at the level Ensuring the integration of the Bank's data management strategy with the Bank's business strategy Control and escalation: Strata control. levels in terms of the effectiveness of the data management system at the Bank level
• Ensuring compliance of data management with regulatory requirements and standards
• Coordinating interaction with regulators, international committees and councils in the field of data management

Developmentdataa-culture and competencies

• Promotion of the culture of working with data in the Bank
• Development of employee competencies in the field of data management and analytics.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in management positions in the field of data management / analytics / IT (from 7-10 years).
• Deep knowledge in the field of Data Governance, Data Integration, Data Architecture and Models, Data Quality, Database Management, etc.
• Practical experience of implementing data strategy and change management in the organization.
• Ability to build a data management strategy and implement large-scale transformational projects.
• Leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytical abilities, ability to manage teams, effective communication.
• English language — upper-intermediate and above.
