Your background, which we need:

• Higher education;
• In-depth understanding of bank credit processes of lending to legal entities of the mass segment (micro-, small business);
• Experience of automation of mass lending processes;
• Experience of building credit processes and credit decision-making systems;
• Knowledge of NBU Resolutions 351, 64, 97, international reporting standards and basic management principles credit risk;
• Skills of business analysis and description of processes;
• Experience of working with large datasets (including SQL, Excel (advanced level);
• Building lending processes.
  

Your role in joint success:

• Development, description and participation in the implementation of the credit decision-making process for legal entities of the mass segment (including automation and verification/underwriting processes);
• Development and implementation of the credit decision-making system;
• Building the process of administration and support of the credit portfolio;
• Implementation of regulatory requirements;
• Interaction with other teams banks (business, IT, legal department, etc.).
