Requirements

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the areas of election/referendum processes and civil service;
• Higher education (welcome in the field of "Law", "Information systems and technologies", "Computer science", "Public management and administration" (with IT competences), "Software engineering", "Cybersecurity");
• Understanding the creation process, modernization and functioning of information systems;
• Understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK);
• Skills in preparation of technical and analytical documentation;
• Analytical thinking, attention to details;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

Professional competence:

• Development of technical requirements, technical tasks and specifications;
• Understanding the architecture of information automated systems and databases; the principles of their creation, administration and ensuring their functioning;
• Using office and project tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence);
• Basic skills of working with visualization tools (Visio, Draw.io, Figma);
• Analytical skills for assessing the needs and effectiveness of IT solutions.

Main responsibilities for positions:

• Development and maintenance of documentation regarding the implementation and development of the Commission’s information systems;
• Ensuring the implementation of innovative IT solutions for the automation of the Commission’s activities;
• Preparation of draft acts, orders, contracts and other documents within the framework of innovative projects;
• Monitoring the Commission’s automation needs and preparation of relevant proposals;
• Preparation of analytical and presentation materials, providing consultations to structural units.
