Main duties:

• Support of land transactions: full cycle of registration of rights (ownership, lease), legal audit of contracts and cadastral analysis of plots. Communication with owners and conclusion of agreements
• Complex asset management: technical operation, cost administration, preparation of documents for implementation and interaction with control services
• Implementation of non-core assets: full support for the sale of real estate and movable property. Pre-sale preparation (removal of encumbrances, document audit), marketing, organization of auctions and execution of agreements
• Lease management of non-core assets: a full cycle from finding tenants and conducting negotiations to legal support of contracts. Control of receivables and preparation of materials for claim work

Basic requirements:

• Higher education - legal (will be an advantage), economic
• Work experience in the banking field
• Experience in preparing and accompanying transactions with land plots and real estate
• Experience in creating presentation materials
• Competent preparation of bank documentation and professional business correspondence skills
• Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Readiness for business trips (business trips) in Ukraine
• High level of communication skills and experience in business communication
• Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate (A2) level
