Chief accountant, financial director (medical center) in Astarta Siti, TOV

Our client is an advanced clinic of laser medicine in Kyiv, which since 2015 has developed in detail effective methods of laser treatment that are successfully used in general and plastic surgery, proctology, gynecology, urology, phlebology, dermatology and cosmetology.

Currently, the Company is looking for a Chief Accountant with the function of financial director.

Our candidate:

• Has a higher economic education (accounting, finance, economics)
• Has excellent knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of accounting, tax accounting and personnel administration
• Experienced user of the 1C program, services "Client Bank", "Medoc", Excel, etc. programs
• Has experience in all areas of accounting and tax accounting

List of main tasks and responsibilities:

• Accounting/management, and of tax accounting*
• Ensuring the execution of salary calculations, calculation and transfer of taxes and fees to the budget of different levels, payments to banking institutions
• Compilation and timely submission of accounting and tax reporting
• Control, analysis and optimization of the work of the accounting department, optimization of department processes
• Organization and maintenance of financial and management accounting.
• Data preparation and analysis for the formation of financial statements (Cashflow, P&L, Balance Sheet);
• Control of compliance and appropriateness of payments;
• Creation of plans and analysis of their compliance;
• Preparation of management reporting;
• Participation in formation of the company's accounting policy;
• Creation of regulatory documents for mutual regulation of the company's business areas;
• Economic calculations and financial modeling (evaluation of new investment projects, scenario analysis);
• Development, calculation and monitoring of financial performance indicators of the company;
• Optimization of company costs
