Employment: full time (40 working hours per week) p>

Working schedule: Monday-Friday 15:30-00:00 (according to Kyiv)

Formation: Independent Contractor Agreement

Salary: $3.5/hour — 620 $ per month, payments in USD without conversion.

Requirements :

Responsibilities:

• Assessment and analysis of work efficiency sales department in the field of Car Shipping;
• Listening and analyzing sales conversations with customers to identify errors in communication and providing feedback;
• Conducting regular audits of sales processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures;
• Cooperation with the sales team, accessible reporting of information to identify and eliminate potential problems and deficiencies in the processes;
• Development and implementation of quality standards and control procedures for the sales department;

• Preparation of reports on the results of evaluation of the work of the sales department and providing recommendations for improving their efficiency;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
