Goal and purpose of the vacancy:A chemical engineer after a successful internship will be appointed to the position of head of a chemical laboratory
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensures, in accordance with the current regulatory documentation, the conduct of tests in the system of quality control, development and production of products and in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025.
development, improvement and implementation of physico-chemical methods of tests;
ensuring the accuracy of tests, raising the level and improving the technique
tests using physico-chemical laboratory equipment;
obtaining objective results of control of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensures conducting and participating in professional testing and in laboratory comparative tests of the company and other comparative tests conducted by third parties organizations
- Ensures compliance of tests in accordance with the requirements of standards and methods.
- Ensures reliability, objectivity, accuracy of required test results and issuance of test reports.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Manages the introduction of new and improvement of existing laboratory methods tests.
- Ensures timely and high-quality performance of work related to the introduction and development of enterprise standards and verification of TU, ISO, DSTU methods.
- Checks work on keeping test logbooks, drawing up test protocols.
- Ensures the timely ordering of reagents, chemical dishes, and materials necessary for the work of the laboratory in accordance with the established procedure. Plans annual costs for ordering equipment, reagents and auxiliary materials.
Candidate requirements and skills required for this role:
- Full higher education in the field of chemistry
- Experience of working with DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019 mandatory
- Experience in personnel management (involvement, staff motivation, etc.)
- Advanced user of MS office
- Management of relationships
- Readiness for continuous improvement and development
- Proficiency in English at least Intermediate
