"Concert Hall" is always in touch with guests - they ask questions, book services and need help. That is why we need an attentive, calm person, ready to provide a high level of service.

Work exclusively in the hotel, not remotely. Experience is not necessary - we will teach you everything.

What you will do:

• Correspond with guests - competently, kindly, without dry templates.

• Give clear answers to inquiries about hotel services.

• Notice important things and pass them on to the team - so that the working day goes without a hitch force majeure.

• Help solve minor issues quickly and calmly.

Work format:

• Offline only.

• Schedule to choose from: 3/2, 4/2 or 5/2 — we will match it to your rhythm.

What you you will receive:

• Salary from UAH 36,000 to 50,000 (depending on the schedule).
