We are actively expanding the digital part of the service and investing in the quality of communication as much as in medicine, so we are now opening a vacancy for the position of chat operator (customer support). 

What we offer:

• Fixed salary: 40,000 UAH. / month + bonuses

What will you do:

• Conduct written communication with clients in chats: answer requests, explain, help
• Provide advice on available services, appointments, schedules, prices
• Enter information about the appeal to the CRM system
• Forward highly specialized questions to doctors or administrators

What you need to have:
Writing texts without errors during written communication. Basic ability to use various messengers: Telegram, Viber, Instagram (for working with messages). The ability to remain calm and tactful even when communicating
