We provide reliable delivery, optimal routes and constant communication with customers, we are looking for an employee for the position of chat operator who will become an important part of our support service.

We are ready to accept a person without experience in this field. Competent writing of texts, the ability to work with CRM systems, Excel tables, messengers will be a significant advantage.

We offer:

• Stable salary in the amount of 35,000 - 38,000 UAHper month;
• Full employment, the opportunity to choose convenient shifts (day/night/weekend) 
• Training at the expense of the company;

Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers in chats in messengers;
• Consultation on company services, calculations, delivery terms;
• Resolving current requests, coordinating with logisticians and drivers;
• Processing requests and returns communication;
• Reporting on appeals and problem situations;
