Business Analyst (financial direction) in IT-Enterprise

• Understanding the financial processes of the enterprise: treasury, budgeting, accounting in the financial part;
• Experience in preparing technical documentation, technical requirements and task setting;
• Confident user of the ERP system (IT-Enterprise/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics NAV/BAS/1C);
• System thinking and result orientation.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience of working as a financial or economic department head, deputy chief accountant;
• Experience of participating in information systems implementation projects;
• Experience of describing models business processes and owning tools for describing business processes.

Functional tasks:

• Training users, giving presentations to customers;
• Conducting surveys of the current work of the enterprise in the area of financial management, providing recommendations for improvement, developing a concept for changes in current processes at customers;
• Participating in project implementation processes;
• Preparing minutes of technical meetings regarding the implementation of financial management at customers;
• Configuration and testing of business processes, preparation of instructional materials;
• User support; analysis of issues, provision of consultations;
• Interaction with the development team and preparation of technical tasks;
• Consultative support of projects.
