Category manager (medical products) in Medichni zakupivli Ukrayini, DP

DP "Medical procurement of Ukraine» is looking forcategory managerThe main purpose of the position is to provide an efficient, cost-effective procurement of medical products at the stages of market analysis and preparation.

Conduct an independent and objective evaluation of tender offers of procurement participants within their category.

• understand public procurement processes and know how to work with them at the stages of needs analysis and procurement preparation;

• capable of leading a comprehensive category direction: analyzing the market, prices and offers of manufacturers and suppliers;

• have experience or skills in conducting market consultations with manufacturers and suppliers;

• you understand the principles of forming medical and technical requirements for procurement items;

• proactive, responsible and possess effective communication skills.

Musthave for a future colleague (qualification requirements):

• Experience 1 year of work in the field of public procurement, procurement activities or in the position of a category manager. (Experience in the procurement of medicines and medical devices will be an advantage).

• Knowledge market, understanding of the principles of public procurement and procurement procedures, ability to work with NPA.

• Technologies. You know how to effectively use task managers (we work in Teams, SAP), e-mail, calendar, Google Drive functions, MS Office, electronic document management systems (we work in DocProf), as well as everything related to the electronic procurement system.

• Language. Fluency in Ukrainian, English will be an advantage.

• Education. Completed higher education- preferably legal, economic, medical or pharmaceutical education.
