GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GOGreenlandia in partnership with theDanish Council for Refugee Affairs in Ukraine(DRC) invitescase manager to provide individual support to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) through case management, assistance coordination, involvement of relevant specialists.

Main tasks:

  • Conducting an initial assessment of the needs of the victim;
  • Developing an individual support plan together with the person who requested help;
  • Coordinating the provision of comprehensive assistance (psychological, social, legal, medical etc.);
  • Supporting the victim throughout the case, monitoring the implementation of the support plan;
  • Establishing cooperation with local services, police, medical institutions, social service centers;
  • Maintaining confidential documentation for each case, preparing reports;
  • Providing information about rights, services and resources available to survivors violence;
  • Ensuring compliance with the principles of security, confidentiality, non-discrimination and respect;
  • Participation in team meetings, supervisions and training.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher education in the field of social work, psychology, law or related areas;
  • Experience of working as a case manager, social worker or psychologist - from 1 year (experience in the field of social work will be an advantage);
  • Knowledge of national legislation and mechanisms of response to cases GZN;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, stress resistance;
  • Ability to work with confidential information;
  • Proficiency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).

Will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of international standards for responding to domestic violence;
  • Experience of interaction with the police, courts, social services.
