We are looking for an attentive and responsibleCase Filing Specialist to our team!

If you have a confident level of English, like order in documents and enjoy accuracy and structured work - this role is for you.

Working hours: from 16:00 to 00:00.

What will you do?

• Checking the documents filled out by clients, for completeness, accuracy and compliance with the requirements of a specific US state.

• Formatting and preparation of the final package of documents for submission to court (electronically or through partner mail services).

• Tracking the status of submitted documents in the internal system (CRM).

• Giving customers cordirect instructions or clarifications (via email or chat, without legal advice).

• Working with the internal knowledge base (Knowledge Base) and constantly updating knowledge about the procedures of various states.

What do we expect from you?

• Confident command of the English language (from B2 and above, oral and written).

• High attention to detail, responsibility, patience.

• Experience in customer support will be a plus.

• Experience in work and training abroad will be an advantage.
Readiness to learn and work with a large number of materials.
