Working conditions:

• Floating 5 - 6 working days a week (weekend floating)
• From 9.00 - 19.00 (the schedule is discussed a month in advance!)
• Salary rate + % of sales + bonuses for fulfilling the sales plan

• Constant flow of cars (you will always have a multi-brand product for any -what a client!)

Our employee has the following qualities:

• You have experience in the automotive sector
• Availability of a category B driver's license
• Experience of accident-free driving for at least 3 years
• Understanding the technical component of the car, to check the technical condition of the car, according to the defication act.
• You have 6 months of experience in sales!
• You are communicative, flexible and customer-oriented (you will be able to listen to the customer, smooth out sharp corners" and determine its need)
• You are confident in your actions
• Stress is stable, punctual, positive and purposeful
• You are fluent in Ukrainian

• A confident user of PC and messengers

Your tasks:

• Consult the client by phone
• Invite the car dealership to a meeting (the client "comes" from the call center operator)
• Meet the client in the showroom, conduct a presentation of the car (will advise on the technical device and maintenance of the car)
• Conduct a test drive
• Accompany the client to the service station
• Register the car
• Get feedback from the happy owner of the machine!
• All stages of work must be recorded in Bitrix24 Take an active part in the development of the company!
