We are looking for a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for the full cycle of campaigns for FPOs and SMEs: from hypothesis formation to result analysis and scaling. The role involves working with cold and active base, multi-product propositions, communications testing and influencing the communications funnel.
Main tasks
• Planning and implementation of CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, Viber, in-app)
• Building segmentation
• Working with control groups and evaluating the effect
• Forming hypotheses and running A/B tests
• Managing the communication calendar and the load on the client base
• Controlling the correctness of data, triggers and scenario logic
• Analysis of key metrics: OR, CTR, CVR, revenue
• Understanding of reporting and recommendations for scaling
• Interaction with chapter, copywriter, designer, CRM specialist and PO
KPI roles
• Conversion to application / account opening / product connection
• Segmentation quality (reduction unsubscribes, growth of relevance)
• Speed of testing and implementation of hypotheses
What is critical for us
• 1-2+ years of experience in CRM/performance marketing
• Experience of working with large databases (50,000+ contacts)
• Understanding of principles: segmentation, control groups, attribution
• Experience of running A/B tests and working with hypotheses
• Ability to work with numbers and draw conclusions based on data
• Experience with CRM systems (eSputnik, etc.)
• Understanding of sales funnel logic
Preferred
• Experience in the banking or financial sector
• Experience with multi-channel communication
• Basic knowledge of SQL or ability to work with BI-reports
