Call center operator, technical support specialist (Internet provider) in NETSTAR, TOV

Internet provider NetStar LLC invites you to the position of technical support specialist, call center operator of a leading Internet provider.

Requirements:

• literate speech, knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
• customer orientation, stress resistance;
• basic knowledge of network technologies;
• confident PC user
• work experience and/or availability of education or courses in this direction will be an advantage;

Responsibilities:

• consultation of subscribers on technical issues, service conditions in telephone mode;
• diagnosis of client equipment;
• help in setting up (consultation) in telephone mode;
• filing of applications for repair work and applications for joining.

Working conditions:

• work schedule: 5 days a week 9-18/11-20 and 2 Saturdays a month 10-18
• sick leave, paid leave wages;
• timely payment of wages;
