Chat Manager / Support Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the best service online.
Your task is to quickly, politely and accurately solve user questions, support them and make communication with the company pleasant and efficient.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting online chat with by clients.
• Providing quick and accurate answers to requests.
• Solving typical questions or passing complex cases on.
• Maintaining friendly, professional communication.

Requirements:
• Competent written communication and the ability to clearly formulate thoughts.
• Stress resistance, attentiveness and sociability.
• Experience is desirable in the support service or customer service.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian (English will be a plus).
