coordinate work with the supplier of business travel services in accordance with the procedure in force in the Bank, provide consultation and informational support to Bank employees when arranging business trips;

organize work with the supplier and Bank employees when ordering business cards;

make proposals to optimize existing processes/procedures and introduce new processes/procedures;

control the budget and accept participation in budget planning in the areas of: travel, office and typographic expenses, other transportation expenses within the limits of their competence;

participate in the preparation of tender documents, their monitoring within the limits of their competence;

participate in the preparation and coordination of contracts with suppliers and structural units of the Bank;

participate accompanying the contractual and payment documentation (monitoring the terms of receipt of documents to the Bank, checking the correctness of the preparation of invoices and acts, control of payment of invoices);

take part in the development/updation of the Bank's regulatory documents in the field of "Travel".

You you are suitable if you have:

professional and technical or higher education (in the field of economics/management/tourism)knowledge of MS Office programs (at the level of an experienced user);
communicativeness, stress resistance, discipline, openness.
