Responsibilities:

• Conduct training and coaching sessions for company employees

• Development and implementation of training programs and materials

• Performance evaluation of conducted trainings

• Interaction with department heads to determine training needs

• Organization and reporting on training results

Requirements:

• Experience of working as a coach or business trainer from 1 year

• Excellent communication skills and competent language

• Ability to adapt learning approaches depending on the level of knowledge and needs of candidates

• High level of responsibility, self-organization and motivation

• Ability to work in a team and establish trusting relationships
