Pharmacy personnel manager in Apteka ANC

The market leader - ANC pharmacy chain - "Low Price Pharmacies", "Kopiyka", "SHAR@" invites to its teamHuman Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates for replacements of pharmacy staff among the current staff of pharmacies;
• Conducting interviews with candidates for replacements;
• Analysis and selection of candidates for replacements;
• Maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates for replacements;
• Travel to pharmacies in other cities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting;
• Knowledge of methods recruitment and candidate evaluation;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work with databases;
• High level of responsibility and organization.

Working conditions:

• Official employment from the first working day;
• Schedule Mon-Fri, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
• Paid vacation and sick leave.
